To use Cashhouse, you must:

• Comply with laws in your jurisdiction
• Not reside in restricted regions
We may require identity verification at any time.
3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (IMPORTANT)
Cashhouse provides:

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You agree to:

• Not create multiple accounts
We may suspend accounts for:
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Policy violations
5. TOURNAMENTS & GAMEPLAY

7. FAIR PLAY & ANTI-CHEATING
Strictly prohibited:
• Bots or automation
• Collusion between players
• Exploiting bugs or glitches
Violations may result in:
• Account suspension
• Forfeiture of funds
• Permanent ban
8. REFERRALS & BONUSES

• Fraudulent activity
• Breach of Terms
• Legal requirements
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Cashhouse is not liable for:
• Losses resulting from gameplay
• Network or device issues
• Third-party payment failures
12. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and software are owned by Cashhouse.
You may not:
• Copy
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer
14. PRIVACY
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. DISPUTES
Disputes will be handled in accordance with:
• Cashhouse Dispute Resolution Policy
