Accessing real-money tournaments requires age confirmation.
2. Identity Verification
To access withdrawals, users must pass KYC verification:
• Government-issued ID
• Facial recognition match
• Age & identity checks
3. Jurisdiction Requirements
Users must reside in and access the app from a region where skill gaming is legally permitted.
Users in restricted states/countries can access free-play only.
4. One Account Per Person
Each user is permitted only one Cashhouse account.
Multiple accounts will be closed and flagged.
5. Misrepresentation
Creating an account with false information or attempting to bypass location checks will result in:

• forfeiture of funds
